   Hi Luka,
   I stumbled onto your blog today, from Ryan Lee’s website. Firstly want to say that you got a nice blog site going on.
   Well I read one of your posts, the about going that extra mile.. so i though I’d do something extra and message you.
   The purpose is to possibly help you out with your coaching day to day tasks + give me some feedback on a personal project of mine.    I’m Will and Armin told me to check out the site if I really wanted to get stronger and faster. It seems to be doing the trick. One of these days I’ll try and stop by your gym. It sounds like the real deal.

   hey luka i was wondering if u could please email me that recipe that u and rich use for making the spaghetti squash…my sister really wants it and i have misplaced it. how long have you been working at vision quest? it was nice to “see” u the other day lol
