We evaluate and assess every client so that we can create a program that will yield the best possible results for YOU. We address everything from Movement Mechanics and progress, at the client’s pace, through Mobility, Coordination, Flexibility, Core Training, Strength, Conditioning, to achieve the best possible results while striving to balance challenge and enjoyment.
Our training population is remarkably diverse; from the mother of two, to the active businessman or youth athlete, high level/elite athletes, as well as the individual trying to manage their weight and lifestyle without rescheduling their life around a workout.
With Personal Training at the Hocevar Performance Gym, clients will find flexible scheduling, attentive, passionate, professional, certified trainers and challenging workouts.
A 50-60 minute training session customized to fit each individuals needs as you will get a program built for your personal goals while training within a small group (2-3 clients) that is fully dedicated to achieving their fitness goals.
By training with a friend or in a group, you will push and motivate each other to get the most out of each quality workout. Not only that, you will also have fun!

Not everyone is accepted into the athlete program though. Only highly dedicated, highly motivated athletes are accepted into the program. No exceptions. This ensures that every athlete training at our gym compliments one another and helps raise the bar for one another.

Here at the Hocevar Performance Gym, our instructors are fully qualified to safely and effectively challenge our clients with the infinite possibilities and benefits of working with Russian Kettlebells. Luka Hocevar studied personally under Pavel Tsatsouline and other world class kettlebell instructors. He earned his Russian Kettlebell Certification under Pavel’s instruction.
Since then Luka has been running Kettlebell seminars and workshops in the U.S. as well as Europe, focusing on using Kettlebells for flexibility, stability, all variations of strength and conditioning.

Speed Training Clinics
Hocevar Performance coupled with Elite Athletics provides the most in depth speed training for team sports in the Seattle area.
We build game speed, quickness, deceleration, change of direction, injury prevention and specific sport conditioning, as well as the really unique concept of chaos sport speed for the whole team, as well as building team camaraderie and work ethic.

Online training allows an athlete, coach or fitness enthusiast to get your monthly routines at your convenience via email. It provides you with ongoing correspondences to monitor your progress and make sure that you are constantly on the way to your set goals.
In addition to the prerequisite forms, you will keep a journal of all your training sessions. This step is not only important, it is mandatory to your success and accountability to your program. Workshops can be setup to provide you with individual, hands-on instruction for various multi-joint, multi-discipline strength training means. More specifically teaching powerlifts, kettlebell training as well as training with other odd objects and the methods that are used every day at Hocevar Performance to improve strength, conditioning, athletic performance, flexibility, mobility and exercise techniques.
Luka is also available for seminars and speaking on different topics regarding sports performance training especially in the basketball strength and conditioning field.
